Beginning/Gentle Yoga This class is designed for both the beginning student and seniors or those requiring a gentle program. It focuses on basic poses and alignment.

Restorative & Chair Yoga This class is orientated to those who need a very
gentle class or those who have difficulty getting up and down from the floor.
Wed. 11:00 am.-12:00 pm (8 weeks) 3/1 to 4/19 $56
Hatha Yoga & Basic Movement This class focuses on basic poses and
alignment. It is intended for those who wish to continue their practice in a safe and gentle manner.
Wed. 9:15 to 10:30 am (8 weeks) 3/1 to 4/19 $70
Hatha Yoga---all levels (suitable for active beginners and continuing students)
Mon. 9:15-10:30 am (7* weeks) 2/27 to 4/17 $62---(taught by Tina Watanabe)
Tues. 12:00-1:00 pm. (8 weeks) 2/28 to 4/18 $56
Thurs. 12:00-1:00 pm. (7* weeks) 3/2 to 4/20 $49---(taught by Tina Watanabe)

Thurs. 5:30-6:45 pm (8 weeks) 3/2 to 4/20 $70
Unlimited Yoga (allows you to take as many classes at any times as you like) $155.00
Private Yoga classes- Yoga Personal Training Sessions by appointment $40.00/hr
All classes except the Mon. 9:15 and Thur. noon class are taught by Instructor Jeany Volk who has over 35 years teaching experience. Jeany teaches many traditional Iyengar as well as Anusara poses in a flowing meditative style.
